Sri Krishnan Temple - the intricate carvings of Hindu legendary figures in brilliant colours were a sight to behold; everywhere you turned within the compound you found something to feast your eyes on.

Guan Yin Temple - it was a bustle of activity as people sought out prime positions facing the ornate gold of the temple interiors, clasping joss sticks between their fingers and offering prayers to the gods

We were accosted by an auntie selling tissue paper packets.
